The process begins with the digital cutting of natural black leather treated with an anti-abrasion finish and UV sealing for color stability.

The details in University Gold are applied using high-fastness pigmented layers and precision technical embroidery on the tongue and heel with high-contrast polyester thread.

The “Hoops” graphics are integrated using industrial screen printing and thermal stamping with a protective anti-scratch varnish.

The assembly is done with reinforced seams and structural heat sealing in the heel and midfoot.

The midsole is injection molded from expanded polyurethane with an encapsulated Nike Air unit, and the outsole is vulcanized from black rubber with an anti-slip compound.

When each batch is sent to us, it goes through quality controls for flex, chromatic uniformity of the panels and uniformity of the color change, subjecting them to specific audits.
