They integrate an encapsulated Nike Air unit for constant cushioning and a high-density gum rubber outsole with a pivoting circular pattern for traction and stability in urban use.
Manufacture

Manufactured in certified plants in Vietnam under ISO 9001 standards.

The process begins with the digital cutting of panels in white natural leather treated with UV anti-yellowing technology and Varsity Royal pigmented natural leather with high color fastness.

The panels are assembled using industrial seams reinforced with high-tenacity polyester thread and internal thermo-activated reinforcements to maintain the lateral structure.

The midsole is injection molded from expanded polyurethane with an encapsulated Nike Air unit, and the gum outsole is vulcanized into high-density natural rubber through controlled thermal curing.

When each batch is sent to us, it goes through quality controls for flex, chromatic uniformity of the panels and uniformity of the color change, subjecting them to specific audits.
