The manufacturing process begins with the digital die-cutting of the upper panels, combining premium calfskin and tone-dyed suede.

The upper pieces are sewn with reinforced stitching in key areas and reinforced by internal heat sealing to prevent sagging.

The midsole uses an encapsulated, high-density EVA foam construction, integrating lateral reinforcements for stability. It sits atop a high-abrasion vulcanized rubber outsole with an SB traction pattern optimized for board contact.

The decorative elements are applied using thermal transfer printing prototypes to maintain color fidelity.

When each batch is sent to us, it goes through quality controls for flex, chromatic uniformity of the panels and uniformity of the color change, subjecting them to specific audits.
