The assembly is done with high tenacity polyester thread seams and internal thermostabilized reinforcements in impact zones.

The midsole is produced by injection molded polyurethane with an encapsulated Nike Air unit, while the outsole is vulcanized into high-density rubber for high abrasion resistance.

When each batch is sent to us, it goes through quality controls for flex, chromatic uniformity of the panels and uniformity of the color change, subjecting them to specific audits.
