Nike Air Force 1 Low Denim Swoosh Boucle WMMS

Manufactured in certified plants in Vietnam under ISO 9001 standards.

The process begins with the digital cutting of panels in white natural leather treated with a protective, stain-resistant finish. The Swoosh is made of cotton denim reinforced with a flexible PU backing to prevent deformation with use.

The bouclé fabric of the heel is applied using multi-layer stitching and internal thermostabilized reinforcement to maintain its volume and resistance to wear.
The entire assembly is done with high tenacity polyester thread stitching and structural heat sealing in the heel and midfoot.

The midsole is made by injection of expanded polyurethane with an encapsulated Nike Air unit and the outsole is vulcanized in high-density natural rubber.

When each batch is sent to us, it goes through quality controls for flex, chromatic uniformity of the panels and uniformity of the color change, subjecting them to specific audits.
