The process begins with the digital cutting of white natural leather with anti-yellowing treatment and protective sealing against abrasion.

The elements in Canyon Purple are applied using high-solidity pigmented layers and industrial screen printing in specific areas of the upper.

The “Hoops” graphics are integrated using heat stamping on the tongue and side, with a protective acrylic seal.

The assembly is done using seams reinforced with high-strength technical polyester thread and thermo-activated reinforcements in the heel and midfoot.

The midsole is made by injection of expanded polyurethane with an encapsulated Nike Air unit and the outsole is vulcanized in high-density white rubber with an anti-slip compound.

When each batch is sent to us, it goes through quality controls for flex, chromatic uniformity of the panels and uniformity of the color change, subjecting them to specific audits.
