Manufacture

Manufactured in certified plants in Vietnam under ISO 9001 standards.

The process begins with the digital cutting of white natural leather panels and the shaping of the double Swoosh in metallic synthetic leather treated by PVD vacuum deposition to achieve the uniform gold finish.

The pieces are assembled using precision stitching with high tenacity polyester thread and internal thermoactivated reinforcement in the heel and midfoot.

The midsole is manufactured by injection of expanded polyurethane with an encapsulated Nike Air unit, while the outsole is vulcanized in high-density rubber at a controlled temperature to ensure structural uniformity.

When each batch is sent to us, it goes through quality controls for flex, chromatic uniformity of the panels and uniformity of the color change, subjecting them to specific audits.
